What the settings overlay tunes
Theme (light / dark / follow the system), UI language (follows the system: Chinese / English), body size 12–22px, three reading widths, reduce motion, engine sizes, watch debounce, render-cache size and clear.
Settings are an overlay, not a second window — esc returns to the document.
